Undergrads Travel to Munich for EXPO REAL
For the third year in a row, a group of enthusiastic undergraduate students from the Wisconsin School of Business traveled to Munich, Germany to attend EXPO REAL, one of the largest real estate conferences in the world. Featuring 500 speakers and 1600 exhibitors, EXPO REAL caters to the full spectrum of the real estate industry, including property consultants, bankers, corporate real-estate managers, and property services providers. Real Estate Club Report: Clay Nesler of Johnson Controls Discussed the Redevelopment of the Empire State Building
Clay Nesler, President for Global Energy and Sustainability in the Building Efficiency division of Johnson Controls, recently spoke to the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Club about his opportunity to lead the redevelopment of the iconic Empire State Building in New York. The project is a joint venture between the Clinton Climate Initiative, the Rocky Mountain Institute, Jones Lang LaSalle and Johnson Controls. Read more.
