About Wisconsin Real Estate Students

“Wisconsin students have consistently outperformed students from other programs in terms of their understanding of real estate, quantitative skills, Excel knowledge, and passion for real estate.”
-- Tonia Rumrill Nelson, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital

Through a challenging curriculum on the undergraduate and MBA level, students master a combination of theory and practical job skills. Students are active in the classroom and in the field, including travel to local, national and international destinations.

They gain experience with many skills vital in a competitive workplace from our team of faculty who are on the cutting edge of real estate research and from lecturers who are practitioners in development, valuation, law, and securities investment.

Most of all, they are steeped in the tradition and integrity that all Wisconsin real estate alumni share.
