Specialized Master (HEC MS Finance)
The HEC MS Finance + GREM
is an intensive one-year program where students spend:
- 4 months (in the fall) at HEC Paris studying finance
- 4 months (in the spring) at the University of Wisconsin studying real estate
- 4-6 months of internship terminating in the writing of a professional thesis.
At the end of the program, students receive two graduate degrees, HEC MS Finance and GREM, and join the alumni networks of HEC Paris
and the University of Wisconsin.
HEC MS Finance + GREM
is open to candidates who
- have a strong quantitative background
- have up to two years professional experience
- have a minimum level of proficiency in both French and English
Admission Requirements:
- At least 4 years of education after high school
- TAGE-MAGE within the same academic year, GRE or GMAT within the past 3 years
- TOEFL or TOEIC test scores for candidates who did not work or study full-time in an English-speaking country

The admission process at HEC Paris is composed of two phases:
- Pre-selection: Based solely on academic prerequisites, priority is given to graduates of first tier
engineering schools, as well as to students having achieved very good results in other top schools or universities.
- Interview: Applicants who have successfully passed the pre-selection phase are then interviewed by a
panel of professionals, professors and alumni.

MBA
The HEC MBA + GREM is a two-year program with an experiential, multidisciplinary
approach to management education, with a capstone semester of intensive international real estate education.
- 16 months in Paris over two eight-month periods: Core Phase and Personalized Phase.
- 4 months of high-level real estate instruction and experience in Wisconsin
At the end of the program, students receive two graduate degrees, HEC MBA and GREM, and join the alumni networks of HEC Paris
and the University of Wisconsin.
Successful candidates for HEC MBA + GREM should have an overall balance of the following:

- GMAT within the past five years
