    Work Experience

There is no specific length of work experience required by GREM beyond that of the degree programs of the partner schools. Motivation to study and work in the field of real estate, however, is very important.

Wisconsin has expertise in teaching both students with significant real estate experience and those with very little. All students benefit from the variety of perspectives each brings to the classroom.
