Take the New Path to Leadership in Your Career in Global Real Estate

The Global Real Estate Master (GREM) is the first and only graduate-level business program designed to provide you with a specific set of skills and experiences that will prepare you to be a leader in global real estate.

Through an innovative consortium of business schools, the GREM dual-degree program marries the strengths of three top-ranked international business schools with the specific real estate expertise at the Wisconsin School of Business.

It is a two-phase program that combines high-level instruction in economics, finance, and business administration at one of four partner schools—HEC Paris, Hong Kong UST Business School, INCAE Business School or Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF)—with training in the principles of international real estate finance, investment, and development during a capstone semester at the Wisconsin School of Business in the U.S.

Two Degrees

Through the GREM program, you'll earn two degrees:

  • A masters degree or MBA from one of the four GREM partner schools
  • The Global Real Estate Master (MS) from the Wisconsin School of Business

Two Alumni Networks

Build the power of your international network as a graduate of the Global Real Estate Master program. You will be directly connected to a global network—first, through the extensive business network of your partner school, and then through a unique network throughout the U.S. and the world of active Wisconsin real estate alumni who are leading professionals in the industry.
