The Global Real Estate Master (GREM) is the first and only graduate-level business program designed to provide you with a specific set of skills and experiences that will prepare you to be a leader in global real estate.

The GREM degree marries the strengths of three top-ranked international business schools with the specific real estate expertise at the Wisconsin School of Business.

It is a two-phase program that combines high-level instruction in economics, finance, and business administration at one of the partner schools with training in the principles of international real estate finance, investment and development during a capstone semester at Wisconsin.

Through the GREM program, you'll graduate with two degrees:

  • a master or MBA from one of the three GREM partners
  • the Global Real Estate Master (MS).
