Speaker Description:
Nick Lochner is a Senior Principal leading strategic work for Accenture's payer and provider clients, specializing in designing and developing learning strategies and programs, as well as change management solutions.
Recently, Nick has led Learning Department/University transformation programs for several local and national health organizations. He has led large change programs focused on improving employee performance across sales, service, IT, and operations workforces. In addition, Nick leads Accenture's workforce development initiatives for the Health Operating Group. This includes programs focused on new product introductions, health administration, analytics, leadership development, Electronic Medical Records, and Connected Health.
Nick is an active board member for the Accenture Leadership Center at the University of Wisconsin, and consults on leadership development.
Nick began his career at Accenture in 1992 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with an Industrial Engineering degree, and has been delivering change and talent management solutions for clients across multiple industries including Products, Resources and Health.
