Steve has been in a variety of senior HR roles over the last 20 years, with large companies like Bank of Montreal, Hewitt Associates and Baxter International.

He has an M.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A. from the University of Iowa, both in economics.

While he has implemented large scale HR systems, his focus for this session will be about a few simple tools he uses to improve his conversations with direct reports, and improve the performance of his organization.

You will walk out of this session with new approaches to management that you can implement.
