Event Assistance
For event assistance the day of your event, please contact our information desk at (608) 263-WSoB (9762). Our information desk is located in the East Atrium of Grainger Hall, on the first floor.
Reserved Parking (Lot 7)
Reserved parking is available for speakers and event attendees only. For non-event related parking, please contact Transportation Services at (608) 263-6666.
Guests requesting parking may do so by sending an email to: confparking@bus.wisc.edu. In the email please provide the following information: Your name, date and name of your event, full or half day request (please specify AM or PM), your phone number, email, and the organization/company of the guest.
Accounting
Invoices are sent within 14 days of your event. We accept the followings types of payment: Check, CC ( VISA, MC, AMEX), Internal Work Order/Interdepartmental Transfer. For questions regarding payment, please contact Kelly Young at (608) 265-1090.
